As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to clients for credit card services, collections and electronic check services in a call center environment.

Requirements:
  • Up to one year of customer service experience
  • Strong client focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
  • One year of credit card service experience desired
